We’re looking for a Part-time Digital Marketing Manager (remote).  As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement the strategic marketing plan while keeping on-brand and deeply integrated into sales efforts.  This position is also responsible for driving client engagement through the development and management of client-facing marketing materials such as nurture campaigns, landing pages and web content.

🔐 Every day is different but this what you could be doing:

  • Execute planned marketing tactics, based on knowledge of established objectives, market characteristics, and cost
  • Build brand awareness of the overall company and its products and services
  • Execute lead generating campaigns using advertising channels and an inbound approach
  • Develop and deliver client-facing content such as regular newsletters and live webinars
  • Develop and share content on websites, landing pages and social media
  • Analyze data to uncover insights and optimize multi-channel campaign performance
  • Share observations and recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance
  • Brainstorm and propose new and creative growth strategies
  • Use HubSpot marketing automation to achieve our goals

You can multitask, are organized and ready to crush any challenge. You are flexible and adaptable and like to work independently with minimal supervision. You thrive in collaborative, team environments. 

Here is checklist of qualifications that will ensure you’re successful in the role:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing and a love of continuous learning
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience so you understand the consumer and marketing to companies and working within a channel
  • The ability to generate creative solutions, materials, content and ideas
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, SEO, WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Desire to be super detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Experience with a fast-paced, professional services environment
