CCRM has been a valued client of CrucialLogics for several years, with the partnership evolving alongside the organization’s growth, including management
of its SharePoint Intranet platform. Initially, CCRM sought improvements to manage its IT headcount and was relying on insights from multiple third-party vendors. However, the complexity of initiatives like IT security, cloud migration, scalability, collaboration, and operational efficiency highlighted the need for a single trusted partner and CrucialLogics was selected.
Solution
To support CCRM’s long-term growth, CrucialLogics began by aligning on a clear IT strategy rooted in the organization’s expansion and regulatory compliance needs. The goal was to build a scalable and secure technology foundation that could protect sensitive intellectual property, support international expansion, and remain cost-effective during a migration to the cloud. CrucialLogics started by optimizing CCRM’s Microsoft 365 environment and designing a secure infrastructure plan that included remote access, Mobile Device Management (MDM), hardened servers, and seamless cloud migration.
From there, the partnership expanded. CrucialLogics built a global hub to expand the CCRM ecosystem in a secure, policy-compliant environment through the cloud. Following a penetration test, the team led remediation efforts, and enhanced tenant security, optimized collaboration tools. As CCRM’s managed IT services provider, CrucialLogics also provides on-site support to employees on a daily basis.
Most recently, they led an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) project, streamlining scalable rollouts and further strengthening the IT foundation for future growth.
