  2. Send an email. The Consultant will then log a ticket manually.

  3. Open a ticket via the dedicated portal.

  4. Call the dedicated HyperCare phone number. The Consultant will then log a ticket manually.

Once the ticket is generated and automatically assigned to the dedicated consultant, the consultant will contact the respective users and work towards resolution. 

We are accountable each month when we meet to go over trends and statistics from the previous month.
